It is necessary to control the regulations of each zone to know where we can fly with our drone and where it is restricted.
In Spain we must be attentive to AESA (State Aviation Safety Agency).
What should we know before flying a drone?
Currently the regulations for use as Hobby, says:
- We must always have it in sight and not exceed 120 meters in height.
-It is not necessary to be a pilot but we must know how to fly safely.
-Only you can fly the drones in suitable areas for it, for example unpopulated zones, flight zones for model aircraft, ...
-The damage caused by the drone, are the responsibility of the driver.
What can not we do with a Drone?
-It can not fly in urban areas
-You can not fly over crowds of people, beaches, parks, concerts, weddings, demonstrations, ......
-You can not fly at night
-You can not fly near airports or airfields
-It is not possible to fly where flights of other aircraft are made at low altitude, paragliding, parachuting, aerodromes, heliports, ...
-There is no risk to third parties
